We manufacture a wide range of PET and HDPE Bottles from 200ml to 5Litres as well as closures and handles.

Our skills

We are able to produce over 50 tons of plastic products every month. With our technical expertise, we have secured a strong foothold in the industry. Our manufacturing plant uses injection and extrusion blow moulding to create our containers. These containers range from standard shapes as well as custom shapes to suit our customers’ requirements.

Manufacturing process by which hollow plastic parts are formed and can be joined together: It is also used for forming glass bottles or other hollow shapes.

INJECTION BLOW MOULDING

Injection blow moulding is generally suitable for smaller containers. Containers that need handles cannot be made with this process.

EXTRUSION BLOW MOULDING

simplest type of blow moulding. A hot tube of plastic material is dropped from an extruder and captured in a water cooled mould. Once the moulds are closed, air is injected through the top or the neck of the container, just as if one were blowing up a balloon.
